Merc, my entry is in the mail. I hope it doesn't get rejected a second time. The second time you have your email address listed in the first post, it is not correct. I just happened to not look close and copied the bad one the first time I tried to send the entry. I got a failed delivery notice, luckily I was still online to get it!

For future painting competitions, I think we need to do away with keeping it anonymous or not publishing the photo's until the judges have made their decision. I like looking at the pictures as much as anyone, but I don't think it was a good idea to publish them as you received them as that alone can cause the judges to be influenced positively or negatively. If we want it to be truly anonymous we can't publish until the judges have looked at them and made their decision.
