Did you notice:

In an old TV series called Odyseey 5, a group of people on a space station witnessed the Earth explode (or actually, implode). The abruptness of it reminded me of the fate of Earth in VOR.

That impression is later confirmed in 1 of the episodes, where in a bookstore scene, 1 of the main characters is seen flipping through a novel. It was a VOR novel! (the characters travelled back in time, thats why theres still a book store even after the end of the world).

Another example, more recent and even more directly ripped (not only feeling like VOR, but pretty much IS):

Doctor Who Season 4 ep. 12 Spoiler warnings!

Witness the idea lifted off of VOR.

You know VOR is cool when even freaking a DOCTOR WHO season finale written by Russel T Davis himself borrows from VOR.

Interesting, I never heard of this show before. Any guesses as to what season or episode the vor book was spotted?

The premier being the only episode I ever saw, I'm fairly certain I would have recognized it if I'd seen it.

it is in 1 of the later episodes. I think there has only been 1 season. I cant quite remember which episode it was, I remember it was the bearded guy in the show who held that book in the episdoe, though.

Anyone saw the Doctor Who episode yet?
